Can anyone apply for a tourist visa for Canada with a fresh passport?
HiAs per my understanding even though travel history makes a difference sometimes but not always and not applicable for all the countries. Everyone start with fresh passport one day without any travel history printed on that. This is what i had done when i did my first travelthough it was not for Canada. So Its just you have to approach right travel agent and submit all required documents
