Right now. Hopefully since it's jus renewal they should get it done within 2 weeks. Book an appointment with passport Kendra. Make sure you have valid address proof. Have you got your Educational Qualification certified by WES? That's an easy 4550 days process and you need to start ASAP. Do you have valid IELTS score? That's a priority too. Also when you submit the Express Entry form, based on when you do, you will have to get an ITA. And then there is 60 days time when you have to submit all docs and the PR form. Given that it's already end of November, doing all this by this year end is doubtful.
