Yes you can. so far as you have a valid tourist visa for both countries.. i travelled from Toronto hired a car and drove to Michigan. Spent a week in drove back to niagara fall.. I had to do esta at the land border as I wasnt travelling on Nigerian passport. The requirement is the same requirement travelling from Nigeria to US..
