If your passport has an incorrect birthdate you should request a new passport with the correct birthdate. I assume you don't actually mean to change the date on your existing passport, that would void your passport. Once you have a new passport you will need to ask for new visas. You should be prepared to explain the change of birthdate and show a certified copy of your birth certificate.
