I need to know how much should I expect for a monthly salary to work?
Average range of salary of experienced Accountant could be 10,000 to 15,000 AED per month. There is no income tax in UAE far. I am talking of general day to end and Month End Accounting. Now, if you have designation like ACCA, CPA, it can help in boosting subsequent growth. Most of the people coming to UAE are expecting higher salary range. However, for general accounting, there are not much attractive opportunities. Else struggle for 34 years is required to develop the network. Now, if you are working in niche are like Investment Accounting and the prospect employer needs such skills, surely you will higher salary. This was just an example. Local companies and Groups are reluctant to offer higher wages. MNCs are better paying employer with benefits. No need to mention that getting job for outsiders needs network building and jobs are often circulated within closed groups of network.
