For a Canada PR, if my names are not exactly the same on various?
Why would you have different names? Best to get a lawyer and she/he should be able to draw up the documents you need. You may have to go before a judge and swear you are one and the same as the person on the different documents. You would probably be better off just changing those documents to reflect the same/correct name. Could save you from having to explain why they dont have the correct name. Especially if you misplace the affidavit.
