Does a Canadian citizen need a Canadian passport to enter Canada from?
The other 2 answers are incorrect. If a dual citizen you need to use the passport of the country you are entering. You do not have an option. As a Canadian citizen you have the right to enter Canada. However not having a passport will make proving citizenship more difficult and result in delays. How did you get into the US in the first place? If your passport was lost or stolen then make the appropriate reports, police and nearest Canadian Consulate, then you might have an easier time with the border agent, but still expect dalays and lots of questions.
