You may travel to Canada with what you have. Once arrived, you will apply for your PR card. As there is a bit of a delay before the card is issued, you may find yourself having to travel abroad before you get your card. In such cases, you will need a PRTD in order to return to Canada on a commercial carrier. If you are driving back into Canada from the USA, your COPR and passport should be sufficient.
