When you check in for your flight to Bolivia in the USA you will use your USA passport. When you land in Bolivia you can use your Canadian passport. When you check in for your flight to the USA you will use your USA passport. If Bolivia has immigration checkouts on exit, you will present your Canadian passport and indicate to the officer where the entry stamp is. When you land in the USA you will use your USA passport.
