Im 17 and I plan on going to Canada over the summer for two weeks?
First, you are required to have a passport or an enhanced drivers license to cross the Canada/US border. If anyone has stated different, they are incorrect. As someone who crosses often, there are signs advising the required documentation. As to being a minor, I strongly suggest you call the Canada Border Services Agency, Language selection - Canada Border Services Agency / Slection de la langue - Agence des services frontaliers du Canada They will confirm the requirements with you. You dont want to be refused entry as a notation/flag will be made on your passport that may cause you issues for crossing in the future. I hope you have a wonderful visit!
