I lost my PR card outside Canada and I dont have time to wait for?
Youre not really supposed to do stuff like that, but on the other hand, you only technically need the PR card to board a public conveyance bound for Canada (i.e., an airplane), not to actually enter. So if you were get here somehow, you should be okay, though you can expect a major line of questioning. I suppose youd have lied to get here, but it would be to the airline, not to CBSA. A cleaner way, if you have a passport from a U.S. visa-waiver country, is to fly to the U.S. and enter at a land border (otherwise than by a public conveyance, i.e., not a train or bus). I would do things the proper way and get a Travel Document (i.e., a one-time label in your passport) unless you really have no other option.
