I am planning on studying at the University of Toronto and I do have?

I know others have answered this but heres my two cents worth - if I were you I would double check with the admissions office at your chosen university. Im saying this because I have dual citizenship [British/Canadian] and was once accepted to do my PhD in England. To my dismay I was told that since I had been out of the country for several years I would be considered an International student and would have to pay international fees - ouch! I would have had to take up residence again for at least a year before I could qualify as local and could apply as such. Now I dont know if Canada has the same restriction but I wouldnt be at all surprised if it did - so talk to admissions right away. Best of luck with your career.
