How long does it take to get a passport request after applying for?
It depends. In the Philippines, Passport Request (PPR) is sent first to the applicant/s, then this PPR together with the documents (like passports, PR photo, etc.) will then be submitted to VFS Global for Visa Stamping of Embassy of Canada. In VFS Office/Center, on the day you submit your visa application, VFS Global will ask you to have the biometrics first as required, then this will be included in the application materials of visa application you will submit on that very day as well. (However Asian Biometrics will only take effects by December 2018). So meaning, this will take a minimum of 7 working days. Currently since No Biometrics yet is required in Asia, it only takes 37 days for the passport to arrive with stamped visa.
