You would have to contact the Nigerian embassy. Not at all sure how you could possibly legally be in Canada while your passport is expiring though. They would NOT admit you into the country with a passport that was close to expiring or that would expire during your stay. If you are illegally in Canada, then I suggest you leave voluntarily before they catch you and deport you.
