Does an Indian passport holder require a Germany transit visa?
To my understanding, no visa needed if you remain in the international section of the SAME Terminal in Frankfurt airport at which you arrive, but Transit visa will be required if you are required to change Terminals or to go outside anywhere. However regulations keep changing so get committed advice for this from your airline.
