Yes, you can, if you are a Canadian Citizen, a temporary worker or a PR holder. However if you are a PNP candidate of PR, you will require travel papers. You can easily get those from your provincial office if you are flying out of your province for a visit or for recreational purposes and not to work :) My friend recently visited me from Nova Scotia and she is a PNP PR holder, hence I know this.
