Do I need a transit visa for going to Canada via Paris and Amsterdam?
Let me say very truthfully, I do not know the answer to this fully. However let me say one thing. The best resource to approach with this kind of a question is the airline that you are traveling with. They will not allow you to board if you do not have requisite visas. If a passenger flies without the required visa document, then the airline is penalised. So it's best to contact the airline to be sure about this. For the Paris part, the need for a transit visa for Indian nationals seems to have been removed from July 2018. Please check with the airline for the Dutch part.
