Can Queen Elizabeth II travel to Canada without a passport?
The Queen does not have a passport. When she travels to a country of which she is not the sovereign she has documentation identifying her and outlining her diplomatic status when entering that country. These documents act like a passport but they are simply not called a passport. In the case of Canada where the Queen is the sovereign, she is exempt from needing a passport to enter the country. She is the only member of the Royal Family to have this exemption. Other members of the Royal Family can visit Canada, but they are required to have a passport.
