Can my son enter Canada without introduction letter ?
I dont know. But if you dont have proper paperwork for him ( if any is required ) he wont be allowed to board a flight. Hard to believe you gone through the processes involved in getting work and study permits, and you never thought to mention you were bringing your 10 year old son. I would suggest you should contact Canadian immigration authorities and sort this out before heading for the airport.
