You need to check that the goods are lawful imports to Canada and you comply with Canadian customs requirements. I would guess that you need valid US driving licence and the necessary documents for the vehicle you are driving. You also need to check if you need a visa based on your nationality to enter Canada. If you comply with all these I would not expect a problem. But you should really check all this out with the Canadian authorities because it is no use arriving at the boarder and saying that someone on Quora said it was OK.
